MC34063, negative voltage

This project is based on the information, which I found here and here. Basically I have the same display and needed the negative voltage in order to generate the contrast voltage, as described in the threads. A nice tool which does all the needed calculation is found here. As for most of my projects, I find all the parts at Pollin.
